Sharon Karch, founder and owner of Austin’s Draperies & Blinds Unlimited, is one of Austin’s leading experts in custom window treatments and Interior Design. In 1990, Sharon started selling blinds door to door. Having always had a love for design, much of her expertise is the result of her self-taught determination to learn and succeed in the business. That determination, coupled with a strong desire to do her own thing, inspired her to build her business, canvassing hundreds of homes with postcards, using word of mouth and personal referrals to achieve success.
Her love for design and for people was a perfect marriage for her business and has served her well in helping clients get their design visions realized. For Sharon, helping her clients realize their vision is like delivering Christmas to grown-ups every day in her business.
